Intuit Dome: bags, garages, Park and Ride and the shuttle home

Most of an Intuit Dome night is settled before anyone leaves home: an account in the arena’s app, a license plate saved for a garage camera, a bag measured down to its depth. The one clock the arena publishes for the end of the night sits on its free shuttle page.

Intuit Dome: Lot Opens event-day guide

Intuit Dome is the Clippers arena at 3930 W Century Blvd, Inglewood, where entry runs through an app and the everyday bag limit is 10 by 6 by 2 inches. Both rules come from the arena’s own pages, read September 2026.

What follows takes the decisions in the order a night forces them and points to the Lot Opens guide that covers each one in full.

Five Intuit Dome decisions and the published figure that settles each one

Intuit Dome settles five decisions with published figures: a 10 by 6 by 2 inch clutch, garages 4 hours before the start, doors 90 minutes before a game, shuttle pickups from 2 hours before, and return pickups 30 minutes after the event ends. Favorable is a registered plate, normal a reserved shuttle, unfavorable neither, read September 2026.

Each figure lives on a different page of the arena’s site, and no single page carries all five.

Every row leaves something open, and the open cell is usually where a plan fails.

An Intuit Dome ticket lives inside the app, and no paper route in is published

A guest MUST download the Intuit Dome app and create an account in order to access the tickets and the venue, according to the Know Before You Go page, read September 2026. Entry runs on a GameFace ID, a selfie saved to the profile, or on an Identity Pass tapped from a phone wallet, and the FAQ adds that no barcode is required.

Event tickets appear in the app no later than 2 weeks before the event, according to the FAQ and the A to Z guide, so a ticket still missing a week out is a question for the Answers Portal rather than for the entrance. Every attendee needs a separate account, and Teammate accounts for children under 13 are set up before entering.

A guest without a smartphone has two published routes: being added as a Teammate on a companion’s account, or collecting a Zoom Thru wristband at the Answers Portal near the entry. That homework has no counterpart next door, and it is the first point where SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome stop agreeing on an Inglewood night.

The account comes first. Everything else hangs from it.

A 10 by 6 by 2 inch clutch at Intuit Dome, and an X-ray even for the bag that fits

Only personal clutches, including clear bags, no larger than 10 by 6 by 2 inches are permitted, according to Intuit Dome, read September 2026. Medical and childcare needs get an exception up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches, screened by an onsite X-ray machine, with questions routed to [email protected] or 1-888-311-0231.

The rule that catches careful packers sits in another list. Near the end of the prohibited items in the A to Z guide and the FAQ, the arena states that any bags within the required size limits are required to be screened with X-ray technology. Fitting the box earns admission and nothing more.

Transparency buys nothing here. The Kia Forum, which Intuit Dome calls its sister venue, admits a clear bag of 12 by 6 by 12 inches, so a tote that clears one door is refused at the other, a pairing the Intuit Dome bag policy guide sets against the Western doors that screen instead of demanding clear plastic.

A sign may not exceed 11 by 17 inches or hang from a stick or pole, and an empty refillable bottle smaller than a quart is encouraged. No bag check, locker or coat check is named on any Intuit Dome page read for this guide; the only storage mentioned is for strollers and wheelchairs.

Measure the depth, not the width.

Three named Intuit Dome garages, a pass sold through JustPark and no printed rate

Three garages carry names and addresses of their own: VIP West Garage at 10117 S Prairie Ave, the primary entrance; Standard East Garage at 3665 W 102nd St; and Players’ Garage at 3850 W 102nd St, all Inglewood, CA 90303, per Intuit Dome, read September 2026. No lettered lot exists.

Two conditions come before the barrier. The A to Z guide says a driver must purchase a parking pass and complete a Vehicle Profile prior to the event to secure garage access, while Parking Information and the FAQ soften the same sentence to a recommendation. Automatic license plate recognition reads the registered car, and anyone without a pass is told to carpool or use ride-share.

The price is the gap. Parking fees may vary based on each event, per Intuit Dome, and every purchase link on the Parking Information page leads to JustPark, so a figure shown at checkout is that operator’s for one date. Six of the twenty-seven Western venues Lot Opens reads from source publish a parking rate (Lot Opens count, September 2026), and the Inglewood arena is not among them, a pattern set out in what an Inglewood parking price is, and what the operators quote instead.

One wording elsewhere on the site does not match. The Kehlani and aespa concert listings read for this guide mention pre-paid parking in two onsite garages, while Parking Information names three, and neither says which two. The pass, the plate and the rideshare hub are covered in the Intuit Dome parking guide built around the Vehicle Profile.

Intuit Dome garages open 4 hours ahead, and the 90 minute door sits under a Basketball Tip-off heading

Know Before You Go prints three clock headings in a row: Parking Hours, where garages are scheduled to open 4 hours prior to the start time of each event; Basketball Tip-off, where arena doors are scheduled to open 90 minutes prior to the start time of each game; and Concert Hours, where door times will vary for touring events, read September 2026.

That heading narrows a question the other pages leave open. The A to Z guide says doors are generally open 60 minutes prior to the start time of each event and adds that door times will vary for all events; the FAQ gives 60 minutes and limits the variation to touring events. Read together, 90 minutes belongs to a Clippers game and 60 minutes to other nights that are not tours, although no page writes that second half down.

The gap is where the evening goes. A registered car can be on the property 2.5 hours before the doors on a game night and 3 hours before them on other events (Lot Opens calculation, September 2026). The dining page places Modelo Cantina in the Plaza near the Main Entrance as a place to start the evening.

Take the Denver Nuggets game listed for Wednesday, October 14 at 7:30 p.m. on the event schedule: garages open at 3:30 p.m. and doors at 6:00 p.m. (Lot Opens calculation, September 2026). The ladder rung by rung is in the Intuit Dome arrival guide that turns each clock into a time.

Six Park and Ride pickups on the Intuit Dome shuttle page, one of them for select events

The Free Shuttles and Transportation Options page lists six Regional Park and Ride pickups: Pierce College in Woodland Hills, Expo/Sepulveda Metro Station, Harbor Gateway Transit Center, El Monte Metro Station, Union Station, and Norwalk Station, available for select events, read September 2026.

Norwalk settles a count the FAQ left hanging, since the FAQ says 6 locations and names five, while the A to Z guide still says 5 designated locations. The shuttle page adds that a fee for parking at select locations may apply, without naming them.

Every passenger reserves through RideCo inside the app. Pickups begin 2 hours before the start and drop-offs fall after the doors open, and Park and Ride seats can be booked up to 30 days ahead against 7 days for Micro Shuttles, according to the shuttle page. Micro transit reaches 100+ pickup points within 6 miles of the arena.

The return leg is worded two ways. The FAQ says a Park and Ride reservation includes the return trip; the shuttle page says the booking prompts the rider to book the ride back, and that a Micro Shuttle rider must book a separate return. Booking the return explicitly satisfies both. Metro connector shuttles on Prairie Ave, linking to the C Line at Hawthorne and Lennox Station, the K Line at Downtown Inglewood Station and LAX/Metro Transit Center, operate only for Clippers home games, per the shuttle page.

How the Mobility Hub and micro transit fit around a driving plan is covered in the Park and Ride section of the Intuit Dome parking guide.

The only Intuit Dome clock after the final horn belongs to the free shuttle

Asked when shuttles pick up after a game or event is over, the Free Shuttles and Transportation Options page answers that pick-up will begin at the East Garage 30 minutes after the event ends, read September 2026. No other figure counted from the end of an event appears on any Intuit Dome page read for this guide.

That return clock counts from the real end, not from the ticket. A 7:30 p.m. tip off finishing at 10:00 p.m., an end time used only as arithmetic, puts the first return pickup at 10:30 p.m. (Lot Opens calculation, September 2026).

Nothing comparable exists for a car. No garage closing time, clearing estimate, exit route or re-entry rule appears on Parking Information, Know Before You Go, How To Get Here, the A to Z guide or the FAQ. The four freeway approaches, built on I-405 S, I-605 S, I-110 N, I-105 W and I-10 E, are written inbound only, and Waze is recommended by name because of road closures.

Two neighbors draw that edge differently. The Kia Forum closes its lot 1 hour after the event ends, per the Kia Forum, while the SoFi Stadium parking and transportation page carries nothing counted from the end. A party that has to tell someone when to collect them is best served by the shuttle, because that sentence can be repeated over the phone. The drive out is traced in the Intuit Dome departure guide.

Which way into Intuit Dome wins for a driver, a shuttle rider and a rideshare party

A group that wants the property early is best served by a registered car, which wins on access time: garages open 4 hours before the start, while shuttle pickups begin 2 hours before and cannot drop anyone off before the doors. The cost is up to 3 hours on site before a non-game door (Lot Opens calculation, September 2026).

The shuttle wins for a group that wants a known way home, because it is the only mode with a published edge at both ends: drop-off after the doors open, and a return pickup timed from the end of the event. Its limitation is the reservation, required of every passenger.

Rideshare wins by default for a party that decided late, since the Mobility Hub on the first level of the Standard East Garage is the only place on the property where rideshare is permitted. The catch is the address. The A to Z guide gives 3700 W Century Blvd, the FAQ gives that address in one answer and 3665 W 102nd St in another, and the shuttle page adds 3700 E. Century Blvd for its stop. Sending a driver to 3665 W 102nd St matches the garage entrance Parking Information places on 102nd St.

No option wins for a guest who skipped the app.

What an Intuit Dome ticket holder settles before the car or the shuttle moves

  • An account for every attendee. Tickets appear in the app no later than 2 weeks before the event, per the FAQ.
  • The clutch, measured at its depth. A ceiling of 10 by 6 by 2 inches covers clear and opaque bags alike.
  • The Vehicle Profile, under My Profile and My Vehicles. A pass without it misses the condition the A to Z guide attaches to garage access.
  • The shuttle seat and the ride back. Reserving the return in RideCo explicitly covers both published wordings.
  • The door figure for the right kind of night. Ninety minutes sits under Basketball Tip-off, and a touring show carries no figure.
  • A card loaded in the app. Shops and food stands at Intuit Dome are cashless.

Where an Intuit Dome plan comes apart between the phone and the East Garage

  • Reading the JustPark checkout price as the arena’s rate. The published wording is that fees may vary based on each event.
  • Carrying a clear tote bought for the Kia Forum. Its 12 by 6 by 12 inch box fails the 10 by 6 by 2 inch ceiling.
  • Planning a concert arrival on the 90 minute figure. That door sits under Basketball Tip-off.
  • Waiting for a garage closing time. None is published; the only clock after the event belongs to the shuttle.
  • Expecting a Metro connector shuttle on a concert night. They run only for Clippers home games.

The Intuit Dome pages behind each figure, and the shuttle page that carried the exit clock

The app requirement, the bag panel and the three clock headings come from Know Before You Go, read September 2026. The garage names and addresses, the fee sentence and the JustPark purchase links come from Parking Information; the freeway approaches from How To Get Here; and the 60 minute door, the X-ray clause, the ticket window and the Mobility Hub addresses from the A to Z guide and the FAQ.

The six Park and Ride pickups, the booking windows, the Metro connector restriction and the return pickup come from Free Shuttles and Transportation Options. Kia Forum and SoFi Stadium figures come from those venues’ own pages, and every subtraction is labeled a Lot Opens calculation.

The figures in this guide were verified in September 2026 against the sources named in each section. Door times vary by event and by tour, shuttle pickups and booking windows change from event to event, and garage conditions change with venue policy; check the issuer’s page before you travel.

Intuit Dome questions a first visit raises, answered from the arena’s own pages

Six answers, each tied to the page that carries it, read September 2026, on the return shuttle, the ticket window, the Park and Ride pickups, the pass seller, the Metro connector and the bag.

Is there a shuttle back from Intuit Dome after the event?

Yes, for passengers with a reservation. Pick-up will begin at the East Garage 30 minutes after the event ends, according to the Intuit Dome shuttle page, read September 2026. Every passenger books through RideCo in the arena’s app, and no garage closing time is published for drivers on the pages read.

When do tickets show up in the Intuit Dome app?

Event tickets appear in the Intuit Dome app no later than 2 weeks before the event, according to the arena’s FAQ and A to Z guide, read September 2026. Each attendee needs an account of their own, and entry runs on a GameFace ID or an Identity Pass rather than a barcode.

Where are the Intuit Dome Park and Ride pickup locations?

Six appear on the Intuit Dome shuttle page: Pierce College in Woodland Hills, Expo/Sepulveda Metro Station, Harbor Gateway Transit Center, El Monte Metro Station, Union Station and, for select events, Norwalk Station, read September 2026. Pickups begin 2 hours before the start, and a parking fee may apply at select locations.

Who sells the Intuit Dome parking pass?

The purchase links on the Intuit Dome Parking Information page lead to JustPark, read September 2026, and the arena prints no rate of its own, stating only that parking fees may vary based on each event. A figure shown at checkout belongs to that operator and that date.

Does the Metro connector shuttle run for concerts at Intuit Dome?

No. Metro connector shuttles on Prairie Ave operate only for Clippers home games, according to the Intuit Dome shuttle page, read September 2026. On those nights they link to the C Line at Hawthorne and Lennox Station, the K Line at Downtown Inglewood Station and LAX/Metro Transit Center.

What bag can you carry into Intuit Dome?

One personal clutch, clear or not, no larger than 10 by 6 by 2 inches, according to Intuit Dome, read September 2026. Medical and childcare bags may reach 14 by 14 by 6 inches, and every bag, including one that fits the limit, is screened with X-ray technology before entry.

Intuit Dome decides the night at the kitchen table and times only the shuttle home

An arena that reads a face at the door and a plate at the garage has moved nearly every decision into the days before the event, then opens its garages 4 hours ahead for cars it already knows. The end of the night is the exception, and its only published clock belongs to a free shuttle.
