One address reaches the person who writes this site:
There is no contact form, no newsletter and no account to create. Email is the whole of it.
What is worth writing about
A figure that is wrong. This is the message that matters most, and the one that gets acted on fastest. A bag measurement, a gate time, a lot name, a fare or a price: if a guide here disagrees with what the venue, the team or the transit agency publishes today, the guide is wrong. Include the link to the issuer’s page that shows the right figure and the fix takes minutes instead of an afternoon.
Something broken. A link that goes nowhere, a page that will not load, a heading that promises something the page never answers, a table that reads as nonsense on a phone. All of it is useful to know.
A question about a venue on the list. If a guide leaves you unsure which entrance to take or what the exit actually looks like at that venue, say so. Those questions tend to reveal a gap in the page itself, which is worth more than a private answer.
What happens to a correction
The issuer’s page gets read again. If it says what you say it says, the figure in the guide changes, and the verification month printed beside it changes with it, because a fresh number under an old date is its own kind of error. If the issuer has removed the figure entirely, the guide says the issuer no longer publishes it rather than keeping a number nobody stands behind any more.
If the issuer’s page still says what the guide says, nothing changes and you get told why, with the link. The issuer is not overruled here, even when a reader has better information from the gate. The method the site runs on is described on the how we verify page.
What this address cannot do
It cannot sell you anything, reserve a space, hold a pass, refund an operator, or intervene with a venue on your behalf. Lot Opens sells no parking, tickets, shuttles or transfers, so there is no order to look up.
It also cannot tell you what will happen at one specific event. Venues change rules for a single night: a concert promoter’s bag policy can override the arena’s, a playoff game can close a lot that was open all season, and construction closes entrances without warning. For tonight, the venue’s own guest services line is faster and more authoritative than any guide, including this one.
Replies come from one person, so they are not instant, and they are not written on event day timelines. Every correction gets read.
One request
When you write about a figure, send the link rather than the screenshot. Venue sites are rebuilt often, and a link makes the claim checkable now and again in six months when someone asks why the number changed.
